Glory Ridge Shih-Tzu Warranty​

 

​Please read the following warranty, as it protects you, as the buyer, and gives you certain rights and responsibilities. 
We expect this dog to continue on Iams Nutrisource Puppy Small Bites or Pro-Plan Puppy Food.  

If you do feed a different food, the likelihood of skin allergies. hot spots, vomiting bile and bladder stones is very possible. We do not assume responsibility for illness brought on by poor nutrition. 
We expect the dog to be returned to US if you cannot keep it and DO NOT send it to a rescue or shelter.

   

Warranty

It is the responsibility of Glory Ridge Kennels to deliver a clean, healthy, socialized puppy, free of disease, life threatening defects, internal or external parasites upon delivery.

Dog has been micro chipped , and you must register the dog in your name with the database. This guarantees to me that I am guaranteeing my dog.   

Glory Ridge Kennel will also deliver all applicable AKC applications.   All puppies that are sold as a family pet will be entered as such in the individual records, and with the American Kennel Club as well. This is called a LIMITED REGISTRATION.  Female pups papers may be sent after we receive a spay letter from your vet. All males are neutered before shipping.  Price of neutering is included in the price of the dog. Male AKC papers will be sent with the pup.

 

  All of our pups are vet examined , vaccinated, wormed, prevention for coccidia  and ear mite/flea prevention before placing. 

If a pup has life threatening illness due to genetics up until one year of age, we will replace the pup with one of equal value as soon as one is available.  Our vet must confirm the diagnosis.  All transportation cost and veterinarian fees are the responsibility of the owner.  The dog MUST be returned to us to be replaced.
  The microchip number must be correct.
 

 We do not guarantee adult size or color.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  However, the deposit will be on file if you decide to get a pup at a later date.  No other terms, provisions, or assurance, stated or implied, shall apply to this agreement other than those stated above.  We are responsible for every pup born here for the lifetime of the dog.  If you cannot keep the dog we will take it back.  We have many homes waiting for a free Shih-Tzu.  No fees will be paid to you to reclaim the pup.
