IVOMECTIN FORMULA
FOR HEARTWORM PREVENTION
2/10 CC IVORMECTION 1% + 30CC PYRAN OR PROPYLENE GLYCOL
Give 1cc formula mix per 20 lb BY MOUTH
Give Every 30 days
Stable in Pregnant Dogs.
Mix fresh batch monthly.
Must be free of adult worms.
Spread by mosquitoes.
Ivermection/Milbemycin Oxime/Moxidectin

 

Puppy Deworming Birth to Weaning
Hookworms, Roundworms
PYRANTEL PAMOATE (PYRAN 50)
Start by 7 days of age!
Give dewormer weekly.
Dose:1cc per 10 lbs
(2 drops per LB)

Puppy Deworming Post Weaning
Hooks, Tapes, Round, Taenia
FENBENDAZOLE
(Panacur/Safegaurd)
Deworm every 2 weeks x2-3doses
Liquid/Paste: 1cc per 4.5lbs x3days
Granules:1tsp per 25lb x3 days
Tape Worms Come from Fleas and Rabbits, Rodents.
PRAZIQUANTEL/DRONCIT
For tapes given age 4 wks or older.
EPSIRANTEL/CESTEX
For tapes given age 7 wks or older.

ADULT Deworming
If your dogs are on wire, you may not need to deworm. Solid surface 3-12x year.
PREGNANT FEMALES
@ gestation day 50
(2 weeks before due)
& 4-6 weeks after delivery:
FENBENDAZOLE.

Sulfadimethoxine:
12.5-25mg per LB for 28 days.
10 days on, 4 off, 10 on.
OR
Albon Suspension:1cc per 2-4lb daily
10 days on, 4 off, 10 on.
OR
Albon 12.5% Solution: 1cc per 5-10lbs daily
5-10cc (1-2 tsp) per gallon drinking water.

SARCOPTIC Mange Mites, FLEAS AND TICKS.

This is a 10th of a cc found on a TB syringe. DO NOT OVERDOSE! VERY TOXIC USED SLOPPY!
IVOMEC separates nerves from the brain if over dosed!
WEIGH PUPPIES!
 Treat every 14 days applying to skin down back.
MIX UP 1 PART IVOMECTIN POUR ON (blue) TO 1 PART ALCOHOL
Large Breeds: SPREAD 1cc MIXTURE per 14-22 lbs of dog.
Small Breeds: Apply 1 cc Mixture per 7-14lbs of dog

Puppies: MIXTURE CHANGES TO 1 PART IVOMECTIN TO 5 PARTS ALCOHOL
THEN APPLY 6 DROPS (3/10CC) PER LB.
ONE DROP IN EACH EAR AND ON HEAD, THEN DOWN BACK TO KILL EAR MITES.
 

FLEA CONTROL

Dectomax is better than Ivomec for red mange and flea control. Squirt on back of dog.
RED MANGE is hereditary. NEVER breed a dog with RED MANGE.
Dectomax can be obtained from 1-573-769-2611
Frontline is good for fleas and ticks., but expensive.

IVERMECTIN injectable (under skin only)
Dose of 1% Ivermection
1cc per 55lb- 110 lbs of DOG.
.1 cc per 5.5-11 lbs.

Dose of .27% (BABY PIG BRAND)
1 cc per 15-20 lbs of DOG
.1 cc per 1.5-3 lbs

Can be injected under the skin every 14 days (burns) OR
given by mouth every 7 days (bitter).
